2. Press-On Nail Disclosure
Iowa Pearl Twins press-on nails are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Application typically involves the use of nail adhesive (glue), which may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, or injury if used improperly.
By purchasing and/or applying our press-on nails, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are responsible for properly following all application and removal instructions.
You understand that nail adhesives contain bonding agents that may cause irritation, allergic reactions, skin bonding, or injury if misused.
Iowa Pearl Twins is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, skin irritation, damage to natural nails, or other adverse effects resulting from improper use, misuse, or individual sensitivity to adhesive products.
If you have known sensitivities to nail glue, cyanoacrylate adhesives, or similar products, you should not use these products.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and seek medical attention if necessary.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with the application and use of press-on nails.

3. Pearl Product Disclosure
Iowa Pearl Twins sources genuine cultured freshwater pearls from third-party pearl farms. Cultured pearls are real pearls formed inside freshwater mussels under controlled farming conditions.
All harvesting, cleaning, sorting, preparation, and any professional color enhancement (when applicable) are performed by the pearl farm prior to shipment to Iowa Pearl Twins.
Pearls used in our live reveal experience are pre-harvested and inserted into preserved oyster shells by the farm before being shipped to us.
Color, size, shape, and surface characteristics will vary, as pearls are natural products. Variations are not considered defects.
By purchasing, customers acknowledge and understand the nature of cultured pearl products and the live reveal format.

4. Product Disclaimer
Each oyster opening is a surprise experience. Colors, shapes, and sizes of pearls and jewelry settings may vary.
We sell farmed and cultured freshwater pearls only. These are real pearls, grown in controlled environments to ensure quality.
All oysters are for entertainment purposes only and are not edible.
⚠️ Do not eat the oysters. They are not safe for human consumption.
Oysters are preserved in a solution that may vary by supplier or batch.
⚠️ We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by this preservative.
For safety, we recommend wearing gloves and eye protection when opening oysters to avoid skin contact or splashes.
Open-at-home oysters have a shelf life of approximately 1 year. After this period, they may begin to dry out and become more difficult to open or process.
No guarantee is made regarding pearl value, quantity, or color.
Jewelry Materials Disclosure
Iowa Pearl Twins offers a variety of jewelry pieces made from different materials, including but not limited to:
925 sterling silver
Gold-plated or silver-plated metals
Alloy-based metals
Stainless steel components
We make every effort to accurately describe materials in each product listing. However, due to variations in suppliers and manufacturing batches, slight variations may occur.
Gold-plated and silver-plated jewelry contains a thin layer of precious metal over a base metal and may naturally fade or tarnish over time with wear, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or body chemistry. This is considered normal wear and not a defect.
Metal Sensitivity & Allergies
Customers with known metal sensitivities or allergies should review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you require detailed information about the exact metal composition of a specific piece, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to provide additional information when available.

5. Ordering & Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept credit/debit cards and secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, GoDaddy Payments).
The buyer is responsible for ensuring accurate payment and shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. and select international countries.
Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage after the package leaves our facility. Shipping insurance is available upon request.
Shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Schedule & Order Deadlines:
All orders are shipped every Monday. Jewelry orders must be finalized and paid in full by Friday following your party to be included in the next Monday shipment. Orders finalized after this deadline will be processed for the following week’s shipment.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this shipping schedule and understands that expedited processing outside of this schedule is not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized and entertainment-based nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that arrive damaged or defective
Incorrect items sent by mistake
If we send the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs associated with correcting the order.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos if applicable.
Refunds will not be issued for purchases made by minors or unauthorized users. It is your responsibility to supervise device and card access.

8. Chain Size Exchanges
If your chain is too small or too large, we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Chain must be unused and in original condition.
Exchange applies to size only (not style or type).
Customer covers all shipping costs unless the item was defective.
