Damaged or defective items

Wrong item received (our mistake)

📦 Return Terms:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping both ways.

If it’s a chain size exchange, see the policy below.

🔄 Chain Size Exchanges:

We offer a one-time exchange for chain size if your original chain is too small or too large.

Chain exchange terms:

Must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Chain must be unused and in original condition

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs

Exchanges are for size only, not style or type

💸 Refunds:

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

All other sales are final due to the nature of our products.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Opened oysters (unless incorrect or damaged)

Products damaged by customer use

Jewelry that has been worn or altered
